Dj Dee Money - Naija Gbedu Part 2
DJ mixes featuring Naija music (and I’m not talking the ₦300 Alaba market style) are somewhat far & few between, and of those, the quality is somewhat mixed. So when the Chicago-area based Dee Money posted up his most recent mix, Naija Gbedu Part 2, I knew I was in for a treat.
Having heard his work previously I knew it would be sweet, but this was really something else! Combining current naija hip-hop/r&b tunes with older classics and smooth mixing, tracks you wouldn’t hear played together, work brilliantly. He even throws in a classic Sir Victor Umwaifo track towards the end!

good selection of songs. reminded me of the good old days. but I don’t see why every1 seems so impressed going as far as to say he should be “the king of hip hop in naija” . All the man did was put together his favorite songs nothing partiularly artictic or creative.

Can u guys pls and pls try n discover what your talent is and leave all these Kennies and 2face alone. They are all good representatives of our noble country in the diaspora so pls n pls stop tanishing thier images in front of the whole world. Entertainment is all about styles and Dee money has got his style while kennies and 2 face has got theirs too and non of it is contradicting but instead, they are all entertaining us so why dont you let us enjoy them all and even try to discover more talent amongst us and add to the enjoyment.
